The Pearl Izumi Quest Road Cycling Shoes are engineered to help you focus on the road ahead. Featuring a fatigue-resistant, stiff plate and a highly breathable upper, these shoes will keep you clipped in and powering through the miles. Cleats are not included.
The shoes' bonded, seamless upper is made with breathable mesh and perforated synthetic materials, providing a comfortable and customized fit. The 1:1 anatomical closure follows the natural shape of the foot, helping to eliminate hot spots and reduce instep pressure. A contoured heel cup ensures maximum comfort.
Plush collar lining and breathable fabric deliver a great in-shoe feel, while the removable SELECT insole offers underfoot cushioning and arch support. The SELECT 1:1 Composite Power Plate, featuring a carbon fiber forefoot insert, provides lightweight stiffness and durability (stiffness rating 8). The plate's Direct-Vent technology enables cooling and drainage, and the concave shape enhances stiffness and anatomical support.
For off-the-bike stability, a 1cm EVA foam and rubber heel bumper is incorporated. The shoes are compatible with both SPD (two-hole and three-hole) cleats. BioViz reflective elements have been added to improve visibility in low-light conditions.
Imported from an undisclosed origin, the Pearl Izumi Quest Road Cycling Shoes are equipped with a rubber sole material and a hook-and-loop closure type.
