The Regime W, Cadet W, Stylus W, Rev W, and Empire W are all part of Giro's women's cycling shoe line. The Regime W features a one-piece Synchwire upper with thermo-bonded exo-structure and laser-perforated ventilation throughout, as well as dual BOA L6 dials with 1mm adjustment and a macro release, along with a steel lace and soft lace guides. The Cadet W has a one-piece Synchwire upper with thermo-bonded exo-structure and laser-perforated ventilation throughout. The Stylus W has a one-piece Synchwire upper with thermo-bonded exo-structure and laser-perforated ventilation throughout, as well as three compression-molded hook-and-loop straps and a reflective heel tab. The Rev W has a classic 3-strap design with a synthetic upper and breathable mesh. The Empire W features a one-piece upper design with a premium Teijin Samo breathable microfiber upper and Empire laces that hold a knot, are durable, and lightweight.

All of these shoes have die-cut EVA footbeds with medium arch support, except for the Empire W, which has a Supernatural Fit Kit with adjustable arch support (high, medium, and low) and an XT2 fiber top sheet. The outsoles vary, with the Regime W having a carbon-composite 3-bolt plate, dual-injected TPU walking pads, and stainless steel hardware with 5mm fore/aft adjustment, the Cadet W having a carbon fiber reinforced outsole with a universal cleat mount (2- or 3-bolt) and dual-injected TPU toe and heel pads, the Stylus W having an injection-molded nylon and glass fiber outsole with a universal cleat mount (2- or 3-bolt) and dual-injected TPU toe and heel pads, the Rev W having a co-molded nylon and rubber outsole with a 2-bolt cleat mount and a mid-foot scuff guard, and the Empire W having an Easton SLX2 carbon composite outsole with stainless steel hardware and replaceable heel walking pads.

All of these shoes are women's specific in terms of last and fit, with size ranges from 36 to 43, including half-sizes in some models. The product weights range from 215 grams (size 39) for the Empire W to 285 grams (size 39) for the Rev W.
